N. Home Stay Policies & House Rules
Please read the room description & cancellation policy carefully before booking online.
Any cancellation received within 14 day/s prior to arrival will incur 1 night's charge.
Cancellation received within 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge.
Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
Early Departures: Once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore no refunds will be given.
N.Homestay House Rules
- Room service is not available.
- House-keeping service provided only on request.
- Loud music or noise in the guest rooms is prohibited as a mark of comfort of other guests.
- There is no elevator, or restaurant on-site.
- Vegetarian or non vegfood can be prepared at home, on prior intimation, for a nominal charge.
- Meals (Lunch/Dinner -Veg./Non-Veg.) can also be ordered from restaurants as per their actual food menu prices and delivery charges.
- N.homestay is a Smoke-Free Property. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms only.
- Rates are on per room basis, for 2 people maximum occupancy and include continental breakfast.
- Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room on additional payment of INR 700/- inclusive of continental breakfast.
- Check-in time is after10:00 am and. Check out time –10:00 am.
- Items left behind: Regular items left behind require you to contact us for return within India for a flat fee of INR 500.00 (Larger items will incur extra charges.)
- Guests are required to provide Passport/Visa details at the time of Check -In & fill up registration form & guest register as required by the Law.
- Extra bedding for children above 5yrs of age.
- Alcohol free homestay.
